Eco-Vert™ is changing the way companies look at frac diverters and lost circulation materials.  It is designed to create a biodegradable, impermeable barrier in multiple oilfield applications from production to completion.

Lost circulation is one of the biggest costs in the fluids industry.  Stopping unforeseen critical wellbore fluid loss is key.

Eco-Vert™ is an eco-friendly, state of the art PLA filament, resin blend with a proprietary expanding compound coating combined with bio-additive modification to significantly improve the dispersion and degradation behavior of the PLA material.  When pumped downhole with standard fluids, it creates a biodegradable, impermeable barrier that stops lost circulation, fluid loss, and seals off the dominant fracture network. This allows for new sets of fractures to circulate and adds complexity to the zone while unlocking additional reservoir volume.

Eco-Vert™ uses only the highest quality PLA resin, combined with a unique PLA filament all coated with a proprietary expanding compound and synthesized with a proprietary bioadditive.  This accelerates biodegradation while maintaining structural integrity under a variety of temperatures and pressures.

All Eco-Vert™ products are FDA and EPA approved as well as approved via third-party testing for use in the Permian Basin (more areas being tested world wide)

Eco-Vert™ can be supplied as complete compound or separately as resin or filament only to meet all of your operational needs and reservoir requirements.
